Who’s Peachy? Meet the Best Friends Behind Peachy Passports

We’re Ashley and Kelly, and together, we’re Peachy Passports!

Why Peachy? We met in high school in Georgia (yep, the Peach State 🍑), where our friendship began. Fast forward a few years, and we both landed in Los Angeles, working in the entertainment industry. But beyond the Hollywood hustle, it was our shared love for adventure—and those deep, late-night convos about life, loss, and everything in between—that bonded us. Travel didn’t just become a hobby; it became a lifeline.

Between us, we’ve traveled extensively, though, shockingly, never together (we’re working on that!). But we realized almost ALL of our conversations revolve around travel: the highs, the hiccups, the hilarious misadventures, and those moments that crack your heart wide open. Travel has helped us navigate grief, trauma, and the curveballs life throws your way. It’s more than just pretty pictures—it’s been transformative, grounding, and healing. And now, we’re here to share that journey with you.

Peachy Passports isn’t just a travel blog—it’s our heart and soul. We’re your not-quite-bougie, not-quite-backpacker, somewhere-in-between travel besties. Sure, we love a good budget hack, but we’re not above splurging on that once in a lifetime meal or a dreamy hotel with a killer view. Whether it’s a spontaneous weekend road trip or months of globetrotting, we believe travel is for everyone. Even if it’s just for a day, stepping outside your routine and seeing how others live can change everything. Our goal? To be your fun, real, and relatable guides. Sharing the good, the bad, and the downright peachy sides of every adventure. We mix budget-friendly hacks with a little comfort, hitting those must-see spots while uncovering hidden gems you’ll brag about for years. Through our stories, tips, and unfiltered moments, we hope to inspire you to embrace the journey—messy luggage, lost passports, and all.

At Peachy Passports, we believe travel heals the soul. It’s pulled us through trauma, loss, and life’s unexpected detours. But it’s not just about the places. It’s the stories, the connections, and the personal growth that happen along the way. We’re here to be your honest, fun, and maybe a little chaotic travel buddies. Whether you’re booking your next flight or daydreaming from your couch, we’re building a community of explorers who know that it’s not just about the destination—it’s about who you become on the journey.

Let’s explore together!

  • Meet Ashley

    One half of Peachy

With stamps from over 40 countries across six continents (Antarctica, she’s coming for you!), Ashley’s a digital nomad with a wanderlust-fueled heart. Born with severe hearing loss, she’s found that travel levels the playing field, breaking down barriers and building bridges across cultures. She runs businesses that let her work remotely—whether she’s chasing sunsets in Santorini or cheering at a soccer match in Spain. In 2018, while visiting over 20 countries in just 11 months, Ashley managed to keep her total expenses for the year at $40K—without being overly frugal or skimping on experiences. She’s proof that long-term travel doesn’t have to mean sacrificing comfort or adventure.

Ashley’s all about trying weird and wonderful foods, deep-diving into pop culture, and helping others catch the travel bug. Her suitcase? A carry-on that’s probably filled with more snacks than outfits.

  • Meet Kelly

    The other half of Peachy

An actor and content creator, Kelly’s passport is filled with adventures from New Zealand to Costa Rica, with months spent soaking in each place like a local. Growing up neurospicy, she was often made to feel different in classrooms and with peers, but travel became her compass… a way to feel seen, connected, and part of something bigger. Whether she’s geeking out over Disney history or losing herself in the charm and history of a tiny European village, Kelly believes both travel (and Disney) spark the inner child while offering room for personal growth.

She’s mastered the art of working while traveling because, honestly, why stay put when the world’s out there waiting? And her suitcase? 2 giant check-ins that her 5’ self with stubbornly drag down any cobblestone road because she’ll never learn since over-packing is her middle name.
